B.E.S.T. (Bringing Everyone’s Strengths Together) began in 1997 as a grassroots, multi-sector, leadership coalition that represents the adjoining Lake County villages of Round Lake, Round Lake Beach, Round Lake Heights, Round Lake Park and Hainesville, Illinois.

B.E.S.T. Community Empowerment Grants are designed as mini-grants for community groups, student groups, non-profit organizations,
and / or individuals who have an activity, event, program, etc. that enriches the lives of youth, families, and / or the community and
incorporates the six pillars of
CHARACTER COUNTS!

Youth Pre-Employment Training
This training program will be offered to area youth and is designed to prepare them with the interview and job skills necessary to find first time employment. The program will be offered September 2010.

We are taking a summer break and
