B.E.S.T. (Bringing Everyone’s Strengths Together) began in 1997 as a grassroots, multi-sector, leadership coalition that represents the adjoining Lake County villages of Round Lake, Round Lake Beach, Round Lake Heights, Round Lake Park and Hainesville, Illinois.
